District Cheshire Hike Practice 2
12th January 2019 @ 8:00 am - 13th January 2019 @ 10:30 am
This is the second of two, ‘day hikes’ open to all Scouts & Explorers in the District regardless of whether or not the intend to enter the Cheshire Hike.
After the hike we are offering an optional overnight ‘Cold Camp’, where participants can practice putting up their tent and cooking an evening meal.. There will also be an optional hike on the Sunday for anyone wishing to get the extra miles in!
It’s a great opportunity to practice for Cheshire Hike and Participation can contribute to a number of badges. Tents and Sleeping bags will be transported to the finish so participants can get used to walking a fair distance and practice navigating.
Please note there is a flat £20 to attend practice 2, 3 & 4 whether you attend all of them or just one of them. If you book onto all three at the same time a £40 discount will be applied to the basket. If you book on to just one weekend and then subsequently decide to come to another weekend hike the website will recognise this and not charge you for the other two weekends.
