Scouts Virtual Wednesday – Rhythmicity Live!

Live and interactive zoom workshops with percussion pros Rhythmicity! The group play along with Percussion Leader, Tim as he guides them from “rumbling” to improvising, through progressive steps designed to build skill, confidence and understanding. For our Scouts and Explorers Tim will be taking it up a notch! Each session can only have a maximum of 100 young people from each section so please book your place now.
Equipment: Participants will need access to a device capable of running Zoom and ideally a pair of headphones with a built in mic to improve the sound – but this is not essential. They will also need some percussion instruments, either bought or home-made. Pasta/rice/dried peas in plastic containers work well as shakers; saucepans/plastic tubs/wastepaper bins work well as drums; various kitchen utensils make great bell and block sounds!
Due to limited places booking is essential. Please wear your group necker so we can tell which group you are from when you join the call.
